Your elected Homeowners Association Board Members are working hard to keep our neighborhood safe, implement community improvements requested by homeowners, and maintain our budget year-round.   1. Dog bag stations installed at parks

  2. Pave EVA road from Golden Eagle to Rio Moon

  3. Installed Flock Cameras at PFE entrances

 

2022

 

  1. Park play equipment power washed

  2. Repair and paint fence at back of Don Julio

  3. Crosswalk paint and signage

  4. “No Outlet” Signage installed for Golden Eagle Place

 

2023

 

  1. Radar sign purchased and placed at Rio Moon by large park (facing South)

  2. Speed limit signs (20 MPH) installed

  3. Relocate fence and install K-rails at Don Julio

  4. Radar sign placed at Rio Moon by large park (facing South)

  5. Park play equipment power washed

  6. Homes by Towne flags and signage removed

  7. Installation of Little Free Library

  8. Radar sign moved to Evening Star by bridge (facing North)

  9. Stormwater BMP signage at Rio Moon walkway removed

  10. Street light repaired

  11. Graffiti on Rio Moon bridge removed/concealed

  12. Attendance at Dry Creek Municipal Advisory Council (MAC) meeting with Bonnie Gore, to represent our neighborhood concerns regarding the traffic along PFE

  13. Approval and implementation of new community website

  14. Repair and paint fence at back of Don Julio

  15. Radar sign moved to Evening Star (facing South)

  16. Blue Fire Hydrant Markers installed

  17. Hole in Asphalt on Rio Moon repaired

  18. Flock cameras shared with City of Roseville Police Department and Placer County Sheriff’s Office

  19. Repair and paint fence at back of Don Julio

  20. Weeding/landscaping behind homes on Arden Villa

  21. Broken fence boards at back of Don Julio repaired

 

2024

 

  1. Radar sign moved to Rio Moon by small park (facing West)

  2. Uneven sidewalks throughout neighborhood ground down/filled

  3. Graffiti on Don Julio Fence Cleanup

  4. Repainting of red curbs and addition of red curbing for safety
